Review for Final Fantasy III (DS) Final Fantasy III is an unusual port for the Nintendo DS. Usually when an old game is ported to a new format, rarely anything is added to enhance the re-make. With Final Fantasy III the game has had the overall storyline enhanced, giving much more depth to the characters, especially the protagonists. Most surprisingly the development team has entirely remodelled the graphics into full 3D. Review for Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (DS) The Castlevania franchise has an extensive history, and I’m somewhat ashamed to admit that this has been my first Castlevania experience even though I’ve heard so many positive things about the series. Review for Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2 (PS2) The Shin Megami Tensei franchise has been quite successful in Japan, and most of the more avid RPG players of the west seem to have taken an interest in it too. Shini Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2 is a direct sequel to the original Digital Devil Saga game. Apparently Atlus developed the DDS spin-off series in an attempt to extend the franchise to a wider audience, and they have done a pretty nice job based on what’s being shown.
